Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund to Bank or Mobile Account

We do not issue refunds to any bank account, mobile banking, or cash. If a refund is approved, the balance will be added to the customer’s Diamond Top Up BD Wallet for future use on our website only.

2. Wrong UID or Incorrect Information

If a customer provides a wrong game UID or other important details (e.g., wrong server, package, player ID):

  • The order will be refunded.

  • The amount (if refundable) will only be returned to the customer’s website wallet.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect information submitted by the customer.

3. No Refund After Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered/completedno refund will be allowed under any circumstance.

4. Didn’t Receive Diamonds or Top-Up?

If you did not receive your diamonds, membership, or voucher:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of placing the order.

  • You must provide your game account login details (Guest, Facebook, Google, etc.) for us to verify the issue.

  • This step is required to investigate and resolve the problem.

⏳ After 3 days, we will not be able to provide support or process any refunds.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved (to wallet):

  • The balance will be added to your Diamond Top Up BD Wallet within 24–72 hours or We Complete your Order.

  • Wallet funds can only be used for future purchases on our website and are non-withdrawable.

  3. Your Payment Number With Paid amount.
  4. Considering the situation you need to sharw your Game ID access for Checking Top Up history.
  5. If the order is canceled due to incorrect information or if the item is out of stock, the money will be refunded or added to your MY Wallet.
