- আমাদের সার্ভিস নেওয়ার জন্য আপনাকে অবশ্যই প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক (১৮+) হতে হবে।
- পেমেন্ট করার জন্য আপনাকে অবশ্যই নিজস্ব অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
- পার্সোনাল নম্বরে দোকান (এজেন্ট) থেকে ক্যাশ ইন করবেন না, ক্যাশইন করলে সমস্যায় পড়লে কোন ধরনের সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হবে না। তাই পার্সোনাল টু পার্সোনাল (সেন্ডমানি) লেনদেন করবেন।
- সাপোর্টের প্রয়োজন হলে বা অর্ডার জনিত সমস্যায় পড়লে অবশ্যই অর্ডার করার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদেরকে অবহতি করা লাগবে। অন্যথা কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী থাকবে না।
- কোন কারণে অর্ডার কম্পিলিট হওয়ার পরেও যদি টপআপ গেমের আইডিতে না পান, সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের অবশ্যই চেক করার জন্য আপনার উক্ত গেমের আইডির এক্সেস দিতে হবে।
- আপনাকে অবশ্যই আমাদের সকল শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হতে হবে।
- আপনি যদি আমাদের রিফান্ড এবং রিটার্ন নীতি সম্পর্কে জানতে চান তাহলে Refund and Returns policy অনুসরণ করুন।
- অনাকাঙ্খিত কথা অর্থাৎ খারাপ ব্যবহার করা থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে।
- আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের প্রত্যেক ধাপে ধাপে নিয়ম বা শর্ত বলে দেওয়া আছে, সেগুলো মানতে সম্মত হতে হবে।

- To make a payment, you must use your own account.
- Do not Cash-in at the Shop (Agent) to a personal number(Account). If you do and face any issues, no support will be provided. Always use Personal to Personal (Send Money) transactions.
- If you need support or face any issues regarding your order, you must inform us within 3 days of placing the order. Otherwise, we will not be held responsible.
- If, for any reason, you do not receive the top-up on your game ID even after the order is marked as complete, you must provide access to your game ID so we can check.
- You must agree to all our terms and conditions.

- You must avoid any offensive or inappropriate behavior.
